  • Do you offer move-out services?

    Moving is a lot of work, but our Move Out Cleaning makes things easy. Move Out Cleanings are guaranteed to pass your community’s inspection.

  • What will be cleaned during my service?

    This service only covers interior spaces in completely empty units. Move Out Cleanings include the removal of two bags of trash. Additional trash removal should be purchased as an add-on in increments of in increments of two and four bags. Please contact for details or to add this to your service retroactively.

  • What won’t my Move Out Cleaning cover?

    This service excludes any outstanding maintenance work, which will not be covered by our housekeeping checklist. We leave the following specialized work to the appropriate experts: carpet cleaning, repair work, painting, appliance damage, electrical work, mold & mildew remediation, and any other items not typically booked through a housekeeper.

    Please note that our Move Out Cleaning Guarantee only covers interior spaces. Other than a light patio sweeping, exterior spaces such as garages are excluded.

  • What do I need to do to prepare for my service?

    Please ensure all personal items are removed and that electricity and water are still available and operational. Please note, we are only able to perform Move Out Cleanings on completely vacant units.

  • What will happen to any items I leave behind in my apartment?

    We are not responsible for the removal of any items that will not easily fit within a small trash bag able to be carried out by hand. Any items left in your unit that can be carried by hand may be disposed of by your housekeeper. We are unable to provide a Signature or Premium cleaning in an empty apartment.

  • What happens if I don’t pass my inspection after my service is complete?

    Our team is licensed, bonded, and insured for housekeeping and cleaning, so you’re covered for all of the work we do best. Following the completion of your service, Spruce will work directly with you and your leasing office to resolve any cleanings that do not pass inspection.

  • Are there any situations in which extra charges may apply?

    In the event that several boxes, bags, or personal items need to be removed, additional charges may apply depending upon the volume and time required.
