Spruce Free Cleaning Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility:
The Free Cleaning Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the USA, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Spruce, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period:
The Giveaway begins on October 22, 2024 at 9 AM Pacific Time and ends on October 22, 2024 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”). Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be considered.
3. How to Enter:
Participants can enter the Giveaway by entry on the page here. Limit one entry per person. Any attempt to enter multiple times using various accounts or identities will result in disqualification.
4. Prize:
One (1) winner will receive a free Standard House Cleaning service valued at approximately $129 (the “Prize”). The cleaning service MUST be scheduled for tomorrow October 23. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other prizes. Scheduling is subject to availability.
5. Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The winner will be notified via email entered on entry form within ~3 hours of the Giveaway’s end. If the winner does not respond within 2 hours or is otherwise ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Conditions of Participation:
By participating, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Spruce, which are final and binding in all respects. The winner may be required to sign a release form as a condition of receiving the Prize. If the Prize involves entering the winner’s home, Spruce reserves the right to reschedule the cleaning at its discretion.
Entrants MUST BE registered on the Spruce app to get the free clean.
7. Publicity:
By accepting the Prize, the winner consents to Spruce’s use of their name, likeness, and/or biographical information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions:
Spruce reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Spruce’s control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined by Spruce in its sole discretion. Spruce reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Release and Limitation of Liability:
By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Spruce, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective employees, officers, directors, and agents, from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the Prize.
10. Disputes:
Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of TX, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree that any legal actions or proceedings related to this Giveaway will be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in TX.
11. Privacy:
Personal information collected from entrants will be used by Spruce for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and in accordance with Spruce’s Privacy Policy. Entrants may review the Privacy Policy at https://getspruce.com/privacy-policy/.
12. Sponsor:
The Giveaway is sponsored by Spruce, located at 1408 E 13th Street, Austin, TX 78702. This promotion is not affiliated with or endorsed by any social media platforms or third parties.
