Residents can schedule one-time or recurring services such as housekeeping, chores, pet care, laundry and dry cleaning through the Spruce app.
Residents schedule the services that they want, when they want. They also rate our professionals to keep the quality high. And since Spruce serves the entire property, we can pass the savings on to your residents to deliver on-demand, high-quality, low-cost services.
Spruce uses a web portal to consolidate service requests. The portal also authenticates each service professional, authorizing a key release to the unit, and can be used to manage tracking, reporting, gift card creation, and contact with Spruce support.
The Spruce app connects the service professionals, so residents and property staff are notified in real-time for unit arrival and departure. The professionals are also able to share pictures, post updates, or notify the resident or staff of any issues.
The Spruce app for real-time assistance allows for messaging and 15 hours/day support for both resident and property staff inquiries.
We’ve rolled it out across all Houston assets and will be rolling it out on additional assets in the near future.
